Gordita’s (the cream colored chihuahua in the upper left corner of the shot) smile reminds me of the “V” for Vendetta mask!!! This girl has three chihuahuas and two cats it’s a zoo of awesomeness!! misanthropic-byproduct: One of the puppies does this thing where she starts off curled up at my feet, then gradually inches her way, nose first, toward my lap. The entire process is slow, taking about twenty minutes. However once she actually reaches my knees, instead of simply climbing on my lap like a regular dog, she flops around a couple times as though she can’t get comfortable, jams her head under my elbow, then sighs in relief and passes out like the whole ordeal took her a bunch of effort. This generally results in me developing mild shoulder pain with my elbow bent at a funky angle and a damp spot where her nose is buried into my shirt.  There are some things we would simply never let a human do.
